How to Measure:
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Underbust: Measure directly under your bust where your bra band sits.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.

Can I change the style, colour or size of an item after an order is placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact hello@herequilibriumrevived.com.au immediately after purchasing for the best chance of catching the order before it begins the dispatch process. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. If we are unable to amend your order, please wait until it arrives and follow our normal return policy procedure.
How do I return my item?

Where do I send my return?
Once you have sent your form and been in contact with our team with acceptance of your return, please package your item and return post to Her Equilibrium Revived PO Box 5044, Bedford WA 6052, Australia.
Does HER pay for return shipping?
ALL returns are at the cost of the customer. However, for exchanges, Her Equilibrium Revived will cover the cost to ship the exchanged item to you. If you have a concern with your product, please contact us via hello@herequilibriumrevived.com.au for support prior to returning. Her Equilibrium Revived does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit, so please use a trackable postage service.
I received the wrong/faulty item?
In the event you receive the wrong or faulty item, please contact us at hello@herequilibriumrevived.com.au. We will send out the correct item immediately and provide a pre-paid return label for the incorrect or faulty item
What size should I buy?
Refer to the size guide to understand the product sizing & to help you make an informed choice.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified via email. This email will provide you with your tracking number(s). It may take up to 1-3 days for the shipping agent to update its tracking with relevant information on the whereabouts of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. If you haven't received your tracking number within 48 hours of purchase, please contact our support team at hello@herequilibriumrevived.com.au
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team at hello@herequilibriumrevived.com.au We will investigate the issue and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Yes, if you place multiple orders within a short timeframe, we can combine them into one shipment. Please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your orders to request this.
What payment methods do you accept?
Her Equilibrium Revived accepts Debit Card, Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal on our website.
Is it safe to use my credit card on Her Equilibrium Revived?

Missing a product in your order?
All available stock online will reflect via our website, it is completely normal for orders to come in separate parcels. You will receive an order update email to notify you of a split delivery. For a split delivery, you will receive a separate tracking and invoice email.
Why is my discount code not working?

To ensure the longevity of your items, please follow the care instructions provided on the product labels. Generally, we recommend gentle washing with mild detergents and avoiding high heat when drying.

When is Black Friday 2025?
Black Friday falls on Friday, November 28, 2025. Our official Black Friday sale will run from Thursday 27th November 6pm for 48 hours. We will be also launching our Black Friday Bundle Vault on Wednesday 19th November at Midnight, and this will be open for the week leading up to Black Friday. Don’t miss your chance to shop one of our biggest promotions of the year!

Can I use other discount codes during the Black Friday sale?
Discount codes can be used on the Bundle Vault however additional discount codes cannot be applied during our official Black Friday 48-hour period. All prices are already heavily discounted.

Yes! Popular items often sell out fast. We recommend shopping early to avoid disappointment.
Can I return or exchange items bought during the sale?
Yes, our standard return & exchange policy. Please check individual product pages for any sale-specific conditions.
Will sold-out items be restocked during the sale?
Unfortunately, restocks are unlikely during the Black Friday period. Some items may return after the sale ends.

Due to high demand, please allow extra time for processing and delivery. You’ll receive email updates once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

No, all orders will be shipped in our standard packaging.
