Can I change the style, colour or size of an item after an order is placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact hello@herequilibriumrevived.com.au immediately after purchasing for the best chance of catching the order before it begins the dispatch process. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. If we are unable to amend your order, please wait until it arrives and follow our normal return policy procedure.

Does HER pay for return shipping?
ALL returns are at the cost of the customer. However, for exchanges, Her Equilibrium Revived will cover the cost to ship the exchanged item to you. If you have a concern with your product, please contact us via hello@herequilibriumrevived.com.au for support prior to returning. Her Equilibrium Revived does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit, so please use a trackable postage service.
I received the wrong/faulty item?
In the event you receive the wrong or faulty item, please contact us at hello@herequilibriumrevived.com.au. We will send out the correct item immediately and provide a pre-paid return label for the incorrect or faulty item

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified via email. This email will provide you with your tracking number(s). It may take up to 1-3 days for the shipping agent to update its tracking with relevant information on the whereabouts of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. If you haven't received your tracking number within 48 hours of purchase, please contact our support team at hello@herequilibriumrevived.com.au
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team at hello@herequilibriumrevived.com.au We will investigate the issue and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Yes, if you place multiple orders within a short timeframe, we can combine them into one shipment. Please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your orders to request this.

Missing a product in your order?
All available stock online will reflect via our website, it is completely normal for orders to come in separate parcels. You will receive an order update email to notify you of a split delivery. For a split delivery, you will receive a separate tracking and invoice email.
Why is my discount code not working?
