Order Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping within Australia:
We offer shipping across Australia. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose.
Australian Shipping Costs:
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $10
Free Standard shipping is offered on all orders over $100 within Australia.
Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $15
Free Express shipping is offered on all orders over $150 within Australia.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping:
Shipping to the United States:
We ship to the United States via Australia Post International services. All prices are displayed in USD.
Shipping Options:
Australia Post Standard (5-10 business days): Weight-based rates calculated at checkout.
Australia Post Express (3-6 business days): Weight-based rates calculated at checkout.
Important Information for US Customers:
All duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout.
You will NOT receive any additional charges upon delivery.
Tracking is provided for all international shipments.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing.

Her Equilibrium Revived WILL NOT be held accountable for lost, delayed or missing parcels. This includes parcels which are missing due to an incorrectly provided shipping address.
